Over the years, while helping clients meet their saving goals, I've learned the importance of a customer-centric approach and building authentic relationships. Prioritising the customer, putting them at the centre, is essential to assisting them through turbulent times and when advising them on how to secure their own and family’s financial future.I believe that technological advancements will improve business processes and system efficiencies. This will become even more essential for the financial services sector in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
