With more than 33 years of professional services experience, I have spent my entire career working with CFOs and finance executives to support their most strategic and complex financial issues. As managing partner for the North Texas marketplace, I am responsible for providing the leadership and strategy to impact local public and private businesses and the community with insight, solutions and results that matter. Deloitte is a multi-faceted firm with a range of knowledge and approaches to impact what businesses and the North Texas community are facing. With more than 2,800 employees in North Texas, Deloitte is the largest regional professional services organization. Deloitte University is our Learning Center and hosts approximately 65,000 guests per year and has delivered nearly 900 client experiences to date. At Deloitte University, we are developing learning and innovation models that redefine the possible through rapid prototyping, application of new and emerging technologies, and distinctively Deloitte approaches to new and persistent challenges. I started my professional career in Deloitte’s Accounting and Auditing practice in 1990 and have extensive auditing and accounting experience, primarily serving large, global, diversified public clients. I have led engagements for organizations in a variety of industries with a focus on consumer products and retail. I have extensive background in SEC matters, including Sarbanes-Oxley provisions and have overseen a variety of significant transactions, including several IPO, spin-off and leveraged-buyout transactions.
