As Senior Member Services Specialist,I was responsible for providing customer service and program support. SDRMA is one of the largest public agency pooled insurance programs in the country. I worked on both the Property/General Liability and Employee Benefit programs. Duties included responding to member requests and maintaining member databases; including property schedules, certificates of coverage and employee benefits enrollments. Provided detailed program information to current and prospective member agencies.

Directed the service offerings, member growth and retention for self-funded workers compensation, property, general liability and employee benefits program. Organization grew form 41 member public agencies to over 260 during tenure. As part of the management team, provided expertise to underwriting, risk financing, safety and loss prevention programs, excess insurance placement and agency staffing and HR. Traveled extensively throughout California to attend member Board and City Council meetings. Provided on-site risk management and loss prevention consultations to member agency staff and management. Facilitated open enrollment meetings for member employee benefit groups.
