In my practice, I see a real need for individuals and families to plan for a time when they will be unable or do not wish to work any longer. I believe it is very important to organize your finances to have the option of one day slowing down or retiring from the work force. I also firmly believe that government benefits will play less and less of a factor due to demographic challenges.
