Lead Process Engineer during the Delivery Phase of the MLA-H BEV 25.5MY Programme through PS>PSC with the intention of Leading the programme from a Manufacturing Engineering Point of View. My main role is to provide Industrial Engineering and Process Engineering support going into Launch phases of a new model, whilst monitoring and updating BMV (Basic Minute Value), HPC (Hours Per Car) and Assembly Process allocations. Also communicating with other stakeholders within the business and pushing any opportunities that would reduce BMV, increase productivity and save money without having an effect to the quality or feasibility of our products and processes. With changes within the organisation, departments have come together with a vision to become overall Manufacturing Engineers in the future (So moving Industrial Engineering and Process Engineering into one role) During this phase I have started to learn and take on Process Engineering roles and responsibilities as well as delivering my previous objectives within my Industrial Engineering role. These roles include updating and completing Manufacturing processes to suit the upcoming build events, and assign tools and equipment for operators that will be working on these processes.

Sub System Team Coordinator for Body in White (BIW), Current Manufacturing Engineering (CME) at Jaguar Land Rovers Solihull Plant. Working inside the new state of the art Body Shop facility, which initallity started of by building Jaguar XE, but evolved and now build Jaguar F-Pace and Range Rover VelarA part of my role within the company is to work alongside Engineers to conduct and evaluate line trials to improve product quality. Subsequently to enhance customer satisfaction. Another part of my role is dealing with customer warranty claims for my sub-system for Jaguar XE, Jaguar F-Pace and also Range Rover Velar utilizing Problem Solving toolset with JLR (Form4, 8D, PPS)
