Responsibilities;• Leading Scan to BIM Projects within the team• Working closely with clients to understand their requirements, developing and delivering tailored models• Serving as a primary point of contact for on-project BIM enquiries, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle• Delivering an exceptional service and ensuring the project deliverables meet or exceed the client's expectations

Responsibilities;• Developing Revit Templates, standards and procedures within Glanville to use throughout both the offices• Ensuring the Structures team are working to the company standards and utilising the template as efficiently as they can• Creating Dynamo projects to use within the Revit projects to automate tasks• Working alongside the Civils department to create workflow strategies between the departments• Running Revit development meetings• Setting up 2D drawings and 3D models for the Structural and Survey departments

Responsibilities;• Working alongside Structural Engineers to develop and update 2D drawings and 3D models for design• Ensuring all 2D drawing and 3D model deliverables are in alignment with the client requirements and latest standards• Developing Revit families to use throughout design, increasing the efficiency of the Revit technicians• Updating the Revit template to ensure all the latest families are included and updated

Responsibilities;• Designing the website layout• Programming using Java, PHP and CSS to turn the design into a functional website• Setting up website servers and e-mail servers• Maintaining the website and servers• Achieving and maintaining Rank #1 on Google searches
