Passionate about people + love coffee. My current role brings both of these things together! I am a positive, strategic thinker and I enjoy environments working together with others. I like cross-functional collaboration, creating spaces for ideas to develop and working towards meeting the end goal. Purpose is always the starting point. I have previously led teams to meet goals, grow as individuals alongside building relationships. I have a strength in coaching, developing and unlocking potential in others.I am not afraid to challenge stakeholders, overcoming obstacles and problem solving to meet the desired outcome. Learning something new is something I am constantly keen to do. I want to continue to grow as a leader, step into the uncomfortable and continue to challenge myself.
