Lead developer on ‘Colgate Connect’ iOS application.

I am part of Pentalog's Technical Department team as the iOS specialist. I am in charge with:- Making high-level design choices and technical standards (coding standards, tools etc) on iOS projects;- Proposing architectural solutions for new projects and code-reviewing/auditing already started projects;- Specialised on Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity, I have created an abstract BLE framework successfully used in company's different iOS projects, for a faster bluetooth connectivity development;- Analysing and resolving critical/blocking issues on various iOS projects;- Developing Proof of Concepts;- Assuring the Object-Oriented Programming and Functional (Reactive) Programming paradigms are well implemented by all the iOS teams;- Assuring TDD process is respected by the development teams;- Configuring Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment systems from scratch (+ automatic Code Quality tracker) for iOS projects; - Creating estimations, creating Definition of Done & Definition of Ready and release plannings;- Evaluating iOS developers at the start of any new project (using a Dreyfus model developed by me) and creating individual improvement roadmaps from which both (the company and the developer) can benefit.

- Developing iOS applications in Objective C and Swift, using Cocoa Touch framework and iOS specific design patterns;- Developing applications using Core Data persistence framework, where performance on writing/reading massive amount of data was very important; - Use of key 3rd party frameworks like Realm Cocoa as alternative persistence framework, RxCocoa/RxSwift for data binding framework (ideally for any reactive MVVM architectures), MapBox and Google Maps frameworks as in-app location/mapping platform, AFNetworking/Alamofire for networking, Crashlytics as crash reporting solution and much more);- Writing unit tests and implementing TDD in important cases;- Use of continuous integration tools like Jenkins and Circle-CI and code quality tools like SonarQube;- Use of GIT as revision control system (with commonly known workflows);
