Trained new hire and existing team mates in HR issues, company history, technical trouble shooting, company product details, building product value, closing sales, call flow and general customer service. Participated in the development, improvement, and production of training programs and materials. Assisted other Trainers how to communicate difficult technical concepts. Monitor and provide continuous feedback to new hires to promote constant learning and growth.

I provided direction to Officers, evaluated performance and made plans for improvement. I prepared detailed reports of investigations and testified in court. I trained new officers in safety, procedure, department policy, criminal law and traffic law. I developed and taught college level classes on traffic law and DUI. I developed the first POST approved Off Duty Survival class in the State of Arizona.
