Compliance Officer
CurrentCurrently I am working as the compliance officer, training coordinator, and PREA coordinator for two different sites in South Bend IN. I have worked for the company for a little over 3 years time now. During this period I have been able to develop and maintain multiple standards of practice in the case management aspect of both programs. I have overseen multiple compliance audits from external and internal agencies. Currently our programs have maintained no less than 94% compliance from outside governing agencies, including to date a 100% compliance in PREA standards. We have also recently become CARF accredited, where we met all but 7 standards, out of nearly 200. In this role I conduct audits monthly on both sites and ensure that any corrective actions are completed within a timely manner. I coordinate with all departments in order to ensure that all required staff training in completed as scheduled. With the PREA aspect of the position I oversee all standards on both sites and act as the lead investigator should an allegation be made against anyone.
