This task included the delivery of the end-to-end solution from device, cloud and Mobile App.• Led initiative to establish IoT data standards for Ovens and Small Appliances resulting in increased speed to market, common business functionality and lower costs.• Drove alignment and approval of key capabilities and features across functional teams; Mobility and Product User Experience (UX/UI), Embedded teams, Mobility and Cloud Development Teams, Legal Teams Safety, Liability, Intellectual Property and UL (Underwriters Laboratories), Cyber Security teams, and Test Teams (Embedded, Cloud, Mobility), and Program / Project managers.• Drove solution traceability matrix by integrating the requirements, use cases, diagrams, specifications and test cases into IBM Rational RTC platform which reduced quality defects, provides quick impact analyst of potential changes.• Led development teams through agile development process, created stories, assigned points, validated sprint results, answered questions for both on-shore and off-shore teams. This resulted in speeding up the timeline, provided the business teams with quicker visibility of features, and reduced quality defects.• Led technical planning components of Blind Consumer Unit Field Tests for oven and refrigeration Connected Appliances. Key deliverables were consumer screening profiles, feature questionnaire, and setup of environment.• Led the Cyber Security vendor selection process including vendor evaluation, establishing robust security standards, executed standards on a Connected Oven, which resulted in complete cyber risk assessment and mitigation plan.
