After transitioning my teams into new roles after the sale of McKesson's EIS division to Allscripts, I decided to move in a new direction!

National responsibility for New Business, Revenue Cycle, Remote Hosting, Managed Services, IT Outsourcing, Intelligent Coding, Laboratory, Materials Mgt., Financial Mgt., & Anesthesia Care. These solution lines represented roughly half of the total business for EIS.

For over 20 years I had the pleasure of working in many different roles at McKesson. I am thankful for the incredible leadership opportunities that I was afforded. I started in the college hire program and eventually ran sales nationally for ten business lines in the EIS division. The year prior to my division being acquired I had the good fortune of being a participant in McKesson's Leaders Teaching Leaders program, sponsored by John Hammergren and his direct reports. I finished my tenure with McKesson as part of the senior leadership team that assisted with the sale of the EIS division to Allscripts.

McKesson offers the 'Leaders Teaching Leaders' program annually to 30 individuals out of 78,000 staff across the world. It is sponsored by John Hammergren and his Executive Leadership Team. The goal of the program is to grow the leadership capabilities of the selected individuals and give them exposure to the Senior Leadership Team at McKesson.

Responsible for selling of all of the EIS solutions to half of country. This included new business and account management for existing customers.

National responsibility for new business for all of EIS. During this time I reshaped the new business team as McKesson prepared to sell the EIS division.

Chosen to lead a strategic migration to Paragon for half of the Horizon customer base as part of McKesson's Better Health 2020 initiative. Winner of the MPT's 2014 ICARE Sales Person of the Year Award.

Responsible for Paragon new business sales & expanding the footprint at existing Paragon customers. Managed the sales processes for 71 health systems that selected the Paragon HIS and then implemented that solution.

Chosen to lead a strategic shutdown of this division while facilitating the migration of customers from legacy solutions to the current platform

Responsible for the delivery of education to all sales teams within the Provider Technology division of McKesson. Redesigned the new hire program for sales.

Liaison between executive sales leadership and marketing

Individual contributor for both new business & account management
