I have been in the construction industry since 1999. During this time I have worked on almost all aspects of construction. From laying out the site work. all the way until the keys are turned over to the new owners. I am knowledgeable in framing, decks, pool decks, outdoor patios and kitchens, masonry, foundations, footers, water proofing, electric, plumbing, siding, trim, cabinetry, shingles, sheetrock, flooring, grade work, retaining walls, driveways, and home inspections.I have been apart of two extreme home builds. Both times I was invited to be on the build team working under the contractors and helping to manage the builds. The first build was for the ABC special Extreme Home Makeover, the second was with Steps For Hope. In both instances I was used in the capacity of filling in with any trade that was running behind schedule.I have also been part of commercial remodels, new construction, standard architectural plans, and engineered plans. I am familiar with point load builds, spans, span loads, lateral load framing, wind sheer bracing, and snow load bracing. I also do renovations and room additions. I strive to make every renovation or room addition to look as original to the house as possible. I have several excellent subcontractors that I work with and call in on certain aspects of a build. Such as for gutters, paint, sheetrock, HVAC, gas lines, manufactured stone, brick, and large concrete pads.
