I firmly believe that motivation and discipline are the key to success in any area of life. Whilst both of these traits are strengths of mine, they haven’t always been and I am always looking at ways to take myself to new levels, both mentally and physically. For this reason, I recently tested myself by completing a 100 day program based around strict discipline, allowing absolutely no excuses for not completing a number of tasks each day. Should you fail any of the tasks, you started again at day 1, even if you were at day 97! For the 100 days I didn't consume chocolate, ice cream, alcohol or meat. I wouldn’t even have the chocolate sprinkles on top of my cappuccino! I drank 4 litres of water, and exercised for 1.5hrs each and every day. Sometimes I’d be running the streets during heavy rain at 11pm just to ensure I didn’t fail! Lastly, for 30mins I read a book that helped me grow in some way. I have gained immensely from completing this program, and I continually strive towards creating a ‘no excuses’ approach to life. This type of discipline enables me to make the most of all situations, and is a huge reason for the success I’ve had thus far. For anyone wanting to understand exactly who I am, and what I stand for, the above should give you a very definite idea of what to expect.I am exceptionally focused on helping others take steps towards becoming their best self. Having been successful in many different industries, I’ve been fortunate to work with a diverse range of people, helping me to understand what makes a person tick, and how to use this to help them grow. I thoroughly enjoy social interaction and know without a doubt that strong relationships built on trust and confidence are a key to driving ongoing success.
