Dan is a Litigation Counsel at Robinson+Cole in its Business Litigation and Government Enforcement and Internal Investigations Practice Groups. He handles matters involving government enforcement defense, internal investigations, compliance counseling, and employment/workplace investigations. He regularly represents clients involved in investigations and litigation against federal, state, and local agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission and State Attorneys General.Dan has been recognized as a New Leader in the Law (2020) and received the Diversity Initiative Award (2022) by the Connecticut Law Tribune. He has been selected by peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© in the area of Commercial Litigation and Criminal Defense: White Collar for 2022 to 2024 and inclusion in the 2021 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Criminal Defense: White Collar.
