Leading the division’s (PSLD) strategic, marketing and HR communications through leadership of talented communication professionals who develop and deliver communication strategies and plans in support of the business goals.Delivery of communication strategies and execution including - but not limited to - speeches, presentations, internal and external articles, internal all-supervisor and all-employee meetings, and internal and external special events including Executive Office / Group President Reviews. Coaching and consulting members of the leadership team.Developing and maintaining PSLD’s identity program – integrating key messages and visual identifiers and ensuring consistency across the global audience of 80+ locations in more than 20+ countries with more than 14K team members.

Managing, developing, and producing content of all types for website(s), social media, print, events, and other relevant platforms.Oversee the development of production schedules, project coordination, and operational oversight with both internal and external stakeholders/ vendors.Develop compelling visual concepts and themes for marketing the TRP brand and potential rebrands; developing new brands, services, and products to diverse demographic targets.

-Conceiving, creating and producing original content for all social media platforms and on-air programming. -Content includes all forms of visual mediums such as video, still graphics, logo creation, viral content, illustrations, etc.-Working closely with producers and other staff members to brainstorm and create original content.-Creating materials for large-scale advertising campaigns featured in/on Sports Illustrated, SB Nation, US Cellular Field and more.

- All aspects of video production: producing, directing, writing, editing, videography, lighting, motion graphic creation, lighting, audio and more.-All aspects of live production: directing, technical directing, audio mixing, camera operation, graphic operation, producing and more.-Acting as on-air talent and performing voice-overs for various programming.-Planning and overseeing all department activities including budget, personnel, post-production assignments and equipment. Along with, managing broadcast scheduling and video on demand content.

-Writing comedic scripts for online video content and social media used to promote local comedians.-Producing sketches and promotional pieces in attempts to increase interest in the Laugh Factory brand, as well as comedians who will be performing.-Performing all facets of video production: producing, directing, writing, editing, videography, lighting, motion graphic creation, lighting, audio and more.
