My career starter as an electrician from leaving school as an apprentice working in domestic, commercial and industrial sectors for prestigious clientele. Since then I have over 8 years health and social care sector experience, mostly complex speciality care and domiciliary care.I then moved into elderly care, residential settings working in senior roles and care management.Most recently years spent within NHS urgent care. I have a keen focus on equality, safeguarding and dignity in care - Passionate of all things mental health nursing and nursing research with evidence based practice leading the way.
