Led PMO from just after IPO to just after sale to Quidel.Led the cross-functional portfolio planning and program management of a ~$115M annual product innovation portfolio leading to delivery of all new instruments & assays, as well as sustaining. Additionally, in 2022, scope increased to program management of the the top 12 cross company initiatives and direct project management of the most critical initiative personally.

Global leader of variable cost productivity activity for Computed Tomography (CT) and Advanced Molecular Imaging (AMI) business. After a 4 months and delivering over 33% improvement in productivity to Annual Operating Plan, the top priority for the business shifted to remediation of FDA Form 483 findings. I was selected as one of five leaders in the business to lead the remediation of products as part of this effort. With one other leader, leading over 250 people to be the first to restart production after voluntary shutdown in January 2014 with direct visibility to Philips CEO and Board of Directors.

Lead new CT development programs with leadership from China while also leading the start-up development of new R&D team at Philips's brand new facility in Suzhou, China. Accomplishments: Team went from start-up level, to completing launch of a new CT system in less than 2 years while also designing & planning next generation system. In parallel, launched a second brand new ultra low cost CT system as well as a new version release to the existing 16-slice CT product working with the joint venture team in Shenyang, China. Led productivity growth of over 800% and broke even from original investment in Philips CT, Suzhou in only 2 years.
