• Planning and execution lead for a safe and flawless startup of the Leviathan production facility o Leviathan - 1 BCFD near-shore production platform and gas treatment facility supplied from 4 subsea wells located >120 km from the facility• Led the technical integration of subsurface, subsea, topsides, and sales during the 60 day Startup phaseo Directly managed offshore superintendents and offshore personnel including engineeringo Held workshops, including a 10 day Houston Start Up On Paper, a 3 day Israel Start Up On Paper, and LPP Metering Summit, to train and prepare all staff (Houston, Herzliya, and Israel) for operability before and after Start Up• Primary technical interface for the planning and implementation of regulatory compliance (toxin, discharge, and air), marketing readiness and availability, as well as JV and management updates• Achieved all goals for Startup by executing on-time, within regulations, and without a safety incident
