14 years of Elections experience, including:Coordinating and supervising election activities related to precinct and district mapping, ensuring the accuracy of district and precinct changes. Supervising the processing of voter registration affidavits, voter notification cards, voter address confirmation cards and other third party notifications. Updating, developing and implementing office procedures to comply with Federal and State laws and county codes. Maintained, read and interpreted election laws and regulations to assure current knowledge of all requirements and revisions. Supervising, training and monitoring the activities of multiple extra-help employees; assessing the workload of employees and making short term adjustments to assignments; assisted in the hiring process. VoteCal, in 2016, provided a single, centralized voter registration database for the entire state of California.
