Implemented custom high resolution image display system based on single board computer running Fedora Linux.Images displayed were controlled using radio frequency remote control, with receiver driving inputs on General Purpose Input Output lines (GPIO). Wrote drivers to read to provide application devices to read input from GPIO. A Samsung bh1721 light sensor was installed on the I2C bus, and I ported an Android driver using this chip, to measure ambient lighting. The driver was customized so that the voltage being applied display port adapter was modified based on a square wave signal applied to one of the GPIO output lines.
