As a Customer Solutions Supervisor, I am responsible for supporting Solve’s customer base and sales team by any means necessary. I oversee a team of 7 Sales Specialists directly, spread across 4 regions of the US and manage inside support for coverage, nationwide. I field and facilitate large quote requests/projects as they apply for all levels of sales by delegating tasks amongst team members. I interface with the Regional Sales Managers at each location to ensure that all levels of sales integrate efficiently. Furthermore, I help to bridge the gap from the outside sales reps across the country to the inside sales team. I also support the executive leadership in a top-down approach whereas we identify areas of improvement in the sales process and look to build on and improve those processes. My role allows me to act as a player/coach and bring together all levels of sales, ensuring Solve is moving in one direction and as one team.

Contributed & supported social media infrastructure on X, formerly Twitter, YouTube and Instagram. Created and provided content for the above platforms. Helped reach over 100k subscribers over multiple platforms and accounts on the above platforms. Managed content release schedules, content ideas and events. Managed/ coordinated sponsorship opportunities
