Temporary Junior Contract Administrator position, assisting the Procurement Manager on a large scale project within the Justice sector.

Harworth Estates – wholly owned by Harworth Group plc – is one of the largest property and regeneration companies across the North of England and the Midlands, owning and managing 27,000 acres across 200 sites.• Assisting and solely managing a number of live projects across a range of sectors such as; Earthworks, Infrastructure and building. • Cost management including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, raising cheques, budgeting, and spreadsheet management to the board of expenses. • Due diligence process for all future sites to be developed or purchased.• Liaising with contractors, consultants, local authorities, the public and other employees in the business of all levels on a daily basis.• Visiting live projects on numerous sites carrying out site inspections, progress meetings, making observations. • Planning, conducting and following up on progress meetings.• Documenting all progress minutes, general documents, letters, conversations, drawings and emails.
