After spending over 15 years working for the likes of Aegis Densu, WPP, Vodafone and Xerox (to name a few), I wanted to take my HR knowledge and expertise and offer uncomplicated, jargon-free HR solutions to businesses who are creative, ambitious to grow and who really value their people.As a consultant, I've worked with businesses big and small, helping them gain accolades including ‘Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For’ and ‘Investors in People’ accreditation.I like to ask lots of questions, understand the problem and talk about what you what you can do – rather than tell you what you can’t do.
