Primary responsibilities include:•Determine strategic Customer Service direction for given business vertical.•Accountable for productivity and performance metrics within assigned business vertical.•Develop and maintain key relationships (Alliance Services, IT, Account Management, Finance, Pay Services).•Present business results and processes to both account management and the customer.•Responsible for resource allocation, resource requisition and resource management for a team of five managers and approximately 45 administrative associates.•Validate business process effectiveness and results in a proactive manner
