I graduated from Wylie E Groves High School in 1971. I moved with my mother and father to Northern California, from Michigan, in March of 1973. Also in 1973, I began a career in General Aviation that lasted until January 1996. I earned my pilots license in 1974. Graduated from the College of Marin with an AS degree in Administration of Justice, in 1976. In late October, 1998, I began a new career in Real Estate Appraisal and still appraise residential real properties to this day. I am now a certified residential real property appraiser and do business as Mountain House Appraisals in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. I have also been riding motorcycles since the late 1960's and since 1997, have been very active riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles with the Harley Owners Group (HOG). I joined Fremont HOG in 1998. Became an active Road Captain in 2002. Served as a chapter Secretary for Fremont HOG in 2005. Fremont HOG merged with Oakland HOG in late 2010. I currently serve Oakland CA HOG as the assistant director. I will serve Oakland HOG as Director of the chapter in 2014. I am still an active road captain for Oakland HOG and ride my Harley whenever I get a chance.
