Current key responsibilities include:₀₀Strategic planning•• Conducting market research in the form of customer surveys, both online and in-store, as well as market competitior analysis•• Developing core brand essence and messaging with relation to market desires, and aligning internal company practice with brand essence•• Creating and managing content strategy frameworks and campaign calendars₀₀Digital marketing•• Google Adwords - keyword research, AB testing and competitor analysis•• Google Analytics reporting•• SEO management•• Email marketing - using Mailchimp, building the Wishbone mailing list, designing and writing fortnightly emails•• Creating content for website blog and social media streams•• Managing Wishbone Facebook and Instagram - growing and engaging with audiences₀₀Leadership•• Managing a full time designer•• Ensuring brand message is clearly communicated externally in all 22 stores and internally to over 100 Wishbone retail staff•• Gaining market insights and presenting new ideas and strategies to CEO₀₀Design•• Designing digital content for social media campaigns and website landing pages•• Designing in-store promotional collateral•• Photographing new products for designing and printing large scale instore window signs, and website and social content
