👋Ehya, I'm DanI began my career as an electrician over 30 years ago. I had a few good mentors along the way, but mostly the learning curve was steep and painful. There was no formalized training process and all learning was through trial and error. As a result, I made a few pretty expensive mistakes. Unfortunately, not much has changed since I started. Currently, the industry standard for training Red Seals is still sink or swim.
