Dan Carter is a SSHO at ENTACT at ENTACT. Colleagues describe him as "During my tenure as General Manager at Ingersoll-Rand Co. Dan reported directly to me as the Manager of ESH and Facilities for our stand alone manufacturing operation in Suwanee, GA. Dan had full site responsibility for all environmental, safety and health initiatives and performance. His laser focus on these issues was the primary driving force behind the major improvement in our facility’s safety record, as well as the strict conformance to the environmental mandates to which we were held. From a starting point of 75 Recordable and 9 Lost-Time Incidents annually, he oversaw the improvement to five Recordables and a period of six years with only one Lost-Time.
