Work predominantly in Frankfurt, Germany area in such well-known venues as the Festhalle, Jahrhunderthalle or the Alte Oper. Events range from annual banker meetings through classical music performance to today´s big rock and pop star Concerts.

Having started as a homebrewer in the 1980s, I turned my hobby to career. Quickly became Brewmaster, then worked as brewing consultant, opening many brewpubs accross the United States. Took two years to expand by brewing knowledge by studying at the reknowned University of Weihenstephan in Bavaria. Then returned to the US to continue brewing.
