I am a Test Technician at Taylor Devices, testing shock and vibration control devices for aerospace, military, and infrastructure applications. Typical responsibilities and skills associated with my position include but are not limited to setting up and use of testing equipment, data analysis for use in test reports, maintenance and wiring of electronic tools for data acquisition, use of mechanical and occasionally hydraulic presses, and proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.I am also a percussionist and freelance audio engineer, mainly working out of my own home recording studio but available to record on location or play anywhere. I have a particular interest in acoustics, and learning how this subject matter of physics can be applied both in and out of music.I enjoy creative project based work, including writing, recording, researching, testing, and producing. I always enjoy new drum technology, which I love testing and comparing when possible. My YouTube channel is a display of current projects I'm working on, various gear tests and information, and drum covers.
