With leadership and P&L responsibility for all aspects of Merchandising, Planning, and Digital Operations, recruited a best-in-class team of 30+ to conceptualize a merchandise and marketing vision, build out digital infrastructure, onboard over 500 vendor partners, and launch over 42,000 SKUs to site within 6 months. Prior to L&T, was Vice President / Divisional Merchandise Manager of Men’s at Century 21 Stores, an industry leading luxury off-price retailer, managing a $250+ million omni-channel business with 8 direct reports and a total organization of 18. Led team through digital transformation, and leveraged close vendor relationships in both domestic and international market to improve sales and profitability. Additionally, spent early career at Bloomingdale’s and Saks Fifth Avenue in various roles of increasing responsibility in Merchandising, Planning, and Digital.
