At the Talisman Companies, a Florida based company, he was Executive Vice-President where he supervised the development, redevelopment, leasing and management of a portfolio of properties with GLA in excess of 5 Million square feet; including Fashion Outlets of Chicago, Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas, Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, Fashion Outlets of Santa Fe and Miracle Marketplace Miami as well as new developments.As the Senior Vice President for The Swerdlow Real Estate Group, a privately held Real Estate Investment Trust, he was entrusted with developing, redeveloping and managing a portfolio of retail properties totaling over six million square feet. In Florida, this included power centers that were the dominant properties in their trade areas and the development and management of the Dolphin Mall in Miami, Fl. as well as the re-development of the Great Mall in Northern California.He has established a great relationship with city leaders and staff, as well as the citizens in the communities where these properties were being developed or operated..
