-Auditing and ensuring the quality of the production packages that the plant receives from our design department-Providing training to designers, focusing on ways to improve designs and rectify problems-Ensuring that the unit designs are correct and conform with standard EngA manufacturing practices-Rectifying any design or production related issues that arise from the time of audit to the time of shipping-Confirming orders on all special parts and components to allot sufficient production time for the various departments-Overseeing the various production departments, and facilitating the production team with technical support-Tracking progress of units going through the different phases of production-Quality Assurance for the final product of our HVAC units-Ensuring the safety of the plant employees through training and toolbox meetings

- Designed a variety of direct and indirect fired units, standard cooling (air or water condensers) units, and air handlers, adapting to many custom units- Designed more complex cooling (VSH or digital scroll), modulating condenser reheat, and ground source heat pump systems- Designed one of the EngA Thermenex projects (TIAB), working closely with the salesman and engineer to ensure that the many energy recovery systems are compatible- Working with in-house CAD database development team, and assisting other designers with day-to-day CAD usage- Working on special projects with R&D

Research and Development Department- Test Engineered Air components for product development (according to ASHRAE/ARI standards)- Participate and assist in ETL certification testing- Research and Test third-party products- Design proper test stands for products- Compile report for shareholders (provide both theoretical calculations and actual test data)Line Assembly- Test production units (unit function, electrical, etc) prior to shipping- Assemble heat exchanger coils, HVAC units- Design and wire HVAC electrical panels

Assisted Professor with research regarding flow over flat plates. This included research on the effects of pressure differences across the plate, turbulence models, and other CFD related aspects.Worked with openFOAM and Fluent software.

- Serviced airplane wheels and brakes (Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble according to CMM standards and QA review)- Issued work orders and parts- Monitor inventory changes (also participated in audited year end count)
