Led energy storage business development for western Canada while overseeing microgrid project development (combining renewable energy and energy storage) for remote communities powered exclusively by diesel generation.Highlights:1. Remote Project Development. Developed, designed and managed remote community microgrid project in Arviat, Nunavut. Project integrating significant deployments of wind, solar, battery energy storage and grid integration to existing isolated diesel microgrid. 2. Community Relations. Built and maintained superb working relationships with Hamlet of Arviat municipal council and senior officials. Worked collaboratively with community to advance project, founded on mutual trust. 3.
