Writer / Performer, Presenter, Producer and Director - Dan Charles.The Cumbrian boy began his presenting career on CBBC eXtra and the Disney Breakfast Morning Show, he went on to become VT presenter for the Disney Channel Games then co-hosted the mock-umentary series Ready, Steady...Drink with Emily Atack for BBC Three, and also co hosted the web series o2’s Got Talent with Rylan Clark, broadcast live on o2’s Facebook page. Dan later created, produced and presented Ubeat TV, a weekly studio music talk show which became immensely successful and ran for 6 series on Made Television for Sky. After the success of the show, he founded Ubeat Emerging, a new music video platform for Made Television, and dedicated to promoting the best unsigned musicians in the country. This saw Dan become lead voice over anchor on the channel.Dan’s love for music has seen him present at various festivals such as Glastonbury and the annual Ubeat Music Awards, as well as setting up his own film production company ‘Ubeat' to direct music videos for some of the UK’s top emerging artists. Which has now seen him proudly produce over 100 music videos and counting.As well as this, Dan’s friendly and cheeky charm makes him a favourite for hosting many Christmas light switch on’s and shows throughout Europe.This year Dan has gone on to write, direct and also act in the TV comedy series '12 Maple Grove’ which is currently in post production before pitching to Netflix, Amazon Prime and the BBC beings this April.
