Leading creative development processes end-to-end [from consumer research, data insights to design concepts, prototyping, CMF, to mass deployment] in a fast growing, extremely fast paced tech protection brand [we are rated #1 UK, and #2 USA]. Aside from developing new products to bridge identified gaps in the portfolio, I also develop co-branded and artist collaboration projects, run co-design workshops with key buyers for channel exclusive product offerings.

Being a lead designer in structural packaging at a fast-moving-consumer-goods agency is a creative, stimulating and hands on environment, where genuine consumer insight meets the needs of client. My work was split between and helped bridge consumer insight and product output. On the insights side my work spread from identifying consumer insights and opportunity areas, to co-creation workshops, focus groups, and in-home interviews. I would communicate and visualise insights by consumer profiling, build analytical experience maps, and concept landscapes. As a novel spin-out of BBH, an invention arm of BBH formed as a multi-disciplinary team of strategists, planners, data analysts and graphic designers. We invented brands and products that form strong business embryos to pitch to potential venture partners. My main focus areas were design development, refinement and technical specification for output. I worked with data analysts for market & competitor audits, carried out deep research to identify consumer trends, along coordinating workshops to define brand stories. A small creative studio specialised in high inspiration trend and conceptual design executions, projects are commissioned by ‘big name’ trend agencies and in-house design teams. An unique physical collection of the latest material innovations from across a wide range of industry, my work was to research and acquire physical materials from manufacturers and suppliers. Organise sample displays within the university library, advise and assist students with material consideration on their projects.
