TERAPLAST, Bistrita - Upgrade project PP module.Live in August 2009

Achievements:• Logistic Service Provider for SAP ROMANIA (All-in-one Logistic Package). I was involved as a PM SAP Junior Consultant in customizing a solution for Romania-transportation.My responsibilities were to customize and test Plant Maintenance module.• CRIS Group, a group of companies involved in producing and selling different luxury brands (Christian Dior, Ray-Ban, Channel) of sunglasses and lenses. The company has started implementation SAP for Financial and Controlling, Logistics, Material Management, Sales and Distribution. I was involved on this project as junior SD Consultant.• CONNEX - ASAM Iasi, a company that produces exchange parts for Renault Group, Mercedes in the automotive industry. I was involved as a SAP Production Planning Junior Consultant in business analysis, customizing the Make to stock discrete production scenario and elaborating the Business Blueprint (organizational structure, master data, planning and execution process, inter-company transfers, sub-processes for alternative and secondary materials for scrap and PRTs)• PROCA, a major IT&C importer and distributing Romanian company. This company has started implementation SAP for Financial and Controlling, Logistics, Material Management, Sales and Distribution, and Customer Service. I was involved on this project as a junior CS Consultant.• ROMBAT, Bistrita- the largest battery producer from Romania, for automotive industry. This company has started implementation SAP for Financial and Controlling, Logistics, Material Management, Sales and Distribution, and Planning Production. I am involved on this project as PP Consultant. Go-live: June 2009.
