About Dan Chiappetta

I became a Realtor in 2004 after a very successful career as a director in the Information Technology profession. As an IT professional, I helped my clients determine their business objectives and goals and then developed a project plan to help them meet their objectives/goals. I also negotiated services and software contract with various vendors. These important skills are required to achieve a successful real estate transaction. I started Chiappetta Realty Group in February 2006. I wanted to provide services that other Real Estate companies were not offering at commission rates that were reasonable and fair to everyone. This business approach along with my technology and business back has proved to be very successful not only for me, but more importantly for my clients. Every real estate transaction needs to be win/win for all parties involved and mine are. I have received numerous sales awards from my previous real estate company and was awarded the Outstanding Sales Achievement Award from the Chicago Associations of Realtors in 2005 and 2006, Redfin Rock Star (2013), Five Star Real Estate Agent Award Winner 2015,2016.It’s an ever changing world out there, but there is one variable that will never change for me and that is making sure my clients are 100% satisfied with my services.Specialties: Short Sales, Foreclosures, Investment Properties, 1st Time Home Buyers, Selling Houses
