My experience working for one of the most innovative and collaborative marketing departments in the MLS was quite holistic with my responsibilities often falling outside of digital marketing. Primarily I was responsible for creating written content for distribution across Union digital channels, cataloging and analyzing partnership activations on digital channels, conducting analytical deep dives on the performance of Union social channels, and conducting research for potential projects. Additionally, I aided in the operation of grassroots marketing events, traveling around South Eastern Pennsylvania to local youth clubs and municipal events to extend the Philadelphia Union brand. On game days I took on a variety of activities such as live clipping game highlights, marketing plaza set up and operation, aiding in the smooth operation of MLS and CONCACAF games, and in stadium covid protocol compliance.The written content I created spanned head coaching updates from press conferences, Union academy updates, new hire informational interviews, and storytelling articles.

In my role with SPRTER I conducted market research and worked on creating promotional campaigns for the brand. Additionally, I was a part of building the brand strategy for future developments. In early 2020 I was able to play a key role in the organizational rebrand from Athlete CRUSH to SPRTER. I have also been responsible for creating content that highlighted the philanthropic side of the organization. Lastly I was responsible for helping to on board new athletes and building athlete profiles.

In coordinating with other Penn staff and fans I also was tasked with the seamless operation of promotional activities through out Penn athletics events.

In a confidential work environment and without direct supervision I was required to do the following tasks in a timely manner, using my better judgement to prioritize certain tasks over others. I transported patients to surgery, creating a calm environment for them during a time of duress. During the course of a day I was responsible for taking inventory and stocking the required surgical equipment. After any surgical procedure I was responsible for clean up and returning the operating theatre to a sterile environment for subsequent procedures. During a surgical procedure I was often required to aid in orientating patients for their given procedure.

Led a team of executives to run the daily residence activities and events. While managing the budget of roughly $10,000, created a strategic plan with the executive team of what we wanted to accomplish for the year, which successfully included not going over the budget as most executive teams most years do. Organized multiple residence events of varying sizes from coffee houses to day trips to a campus wide party. Was an active liaison for the residence between the student union, the Head of Student of Life, as well as other residence executive groups.

I received calls and booked appointments for patients. I also maintained the office organizer to keep the physicians day moving in a timely manner. All general clerical details were performed within a confidential workspace.
