• Provides administration, maintenance and monitoring of the following network equipment: Barracuda Spam & Virus Firewall Firewall (Cisco ASA, PaloAlto & Checkpoint) Internet Proxy (Bluecoat)• Performs documentation and recommendation of network security devices• Performs vendor escalation, assistance and coordination on the network security equipment• Provides daily, weekly, and monthly performance and availability report on network security equipments• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly configuration backup of Petron Network Security devices• Provides technical report for network incident• Provides technical evaluation and recommendation for repair• Performs upgrade or replacement on the network device or connection

• Managing and leading the project team• Managing coordination of the partners and working groups engaged in Network Project work• Create and send RFP – Request for Proposal to a 3rd Party Contractor/Vendors.• Provide Network Technical Evaluation for client’s requirement• Ensures that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed specifications)• Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan• Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan• Monitoring project progress and performance• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs

• Proactive and Reactive monitoring of Corporate Customer's Network• Immediate notification of network clients regarding any outage by phone or email.• Start-to-finish ownership of Customer Trouble Tickets• Troubleshoot Customer Edge and Provider Edge Routers.• Fault diagnosis and Fault Logging to Carriers or any third party carrier if required• Responsible in handling different Services such as; ADSL, ADSL2+,SHDSL, DDE, DDG, DDFM, DAR and PABX, Firewall, EFM, Fiber, Wireless, Ethernet and other voice services.• Maintain contact with the customer with updates specific to the impact on customer's business• Answer Internal and External Email Inquiries• Coordinate Issues with different Departments as required.• Recording of Faults to the Ticketing Platform
