- Compile monthly performance KPI tracking reports for trade management executive meetings and other management requirements- Closely monitor progress of all Sales Initiatives and solicit updates from ‘Captains’ and others on regular basis- Similarly update Sales Business Plan on monthly basis- Host Monday morning Sales/Trade conference calls, provide upfront data to serve as basis for discussion, and issue minutes in timely manner- Coordinate with BPIT on Ecommerce initiative tracking and metrics - Attend weekly RT2 meetings and follow-up with Regional Sales as required, as well as tracking results- Ensure accurate and updated Protect Lists for all MOLAM trades- Monitor weekly performance, including variances from minimum quantity commitments, Protect volume, etc., and call attention to appropriate Sales executive and Manager- Ensure clarity and timely tracking of chassis provision exceptions, in conjunction with Pricing and Equipment Management- Review impact of deployment and basic slot agreement changes and identify gaps or opportunities- Monitor Sales T&E expenditures vs. budget and highlight major variances to supervisor- Provide ad hoc performance, market data, and other information as required- Monitor Transpacific westbound forecasting for accuracy and timely input- Distribute budget performance to individual reps on a monthly basis
