Responsible for building out the new Omni program platform and DevOps practices to bring resiliency and automation to the forefront of everything we do .

Manages a team of Operation Analysts responsible for building out and maintaining the deployment pipeline.Maintains and governs processes for operational activities across Digital.Coaching, mentoring and training of Operation Analysts in day to day technical environment responsibilities. Determine environment strategy across Digital channels: Online, Mobile, Rewards, MyAdvisor.Review continuous delivery and implementation strategy across Digital channels.Ensures test environments are maintained and pass audit requirements. Coordinates with infrastructure partners on environment activities to ensure minimal impact to project timelines and deliverables.Roll out the virtualization platform across Digital channels to maximize automation test success rate.Provide environment consulting support to help project teams integrate successfully in the Digital channels.Implement communication processes for test environment related activities to ensure testing teams are notified quickly and accurately whenever changes or outages occur.Provide oversight on scheduling all Digital testing environments.Plan for future environment expansion and ensure environments are used efficiently and effectively.Train Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering teams on the environment ecosystem.Liaise with Business partners, Senior management, Infrastructure teams and Vendor stakeholders to ensure changes to test environments are planned and communicated effectively.
