Evaluate the effectiveness of DFAS products and services for customers through analysis of finance and accounting organizations operational data to identify potential opportunities to improve customer experience. My efforts lead to the formation of the interview questions for customer input to ensure the project schedule goals are achieved. Contributed to the development of customer/experience journey maps using customer feedback to detail the customer’s end-to-end journey within multiple processes in various DFAS mission areas including the DCMO, Civilian Pay, and HR systems to enhance the customer experience.Coordinated visual development of the map, data analytics, and identified customer enhancements or customer-centric opportunities in HR systems project. Evaluated operational processes and critically analyzed operational and customer data to identify potential opportunities to enhance customer experience, operational efficiencies, and improved Agency Operational Health. My efforts lead to an accurate depiction of the customers’ experiences and the identification of customer enhancements for review and consideration by senior leaders.Executed user testing on myIT sevice catalog which resulted in the implementation of human-centered design solutions. -Led special projects pertaining to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management operations and related functional requirements. Primary DFAS- COL liaison for DEAMS issues and the Tier 1 Air Force Helpdesk.-DEAMS Interfund SME for DFAS-CO. I led special projects pertaining to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management operations and related functional requirements. -Conducted monthly briefings with DFAS CO Senior leaders on the results of an ongoing project which results affect all DEAMS Interfund transactions agency-wide. As a result of the project for one of the route causes, we were able to optimize the functionality of the DEAMS ERP and immediately reduced the backlog of rejected Unmatched Transactions by 75%(9.9M) and increased the systemic interface rate.-Led Audit walkthroughs on the Interfund process with such companies as Bering Global Solutions and Ernst & Young Audit Service.-Worked with the system
