With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and motivating teams to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction. As a Guest Experience Manager at Evolve, I oversaw the interactions and productivity of team mates and their written and verbal interactions with guests and owners, ensuring that guests had a seamless and memorable stay. Prior to that, I worked as a Manager at Starbucks, where I led a team of 20+ baristas and 6 supervisors, and increased the store's revenue, retention, and loyalty by implementing effective training, incentive, and recognition programs. I also ensured compliance with health, safety, and brand standards, and fostered a positive and inclusive work environment.
