Managed a portfolio of municipal customers (counties, cities, towns, school districts and utilities) within Community Banking division of U.S. Bank. Prepared loan approval materials and organizing / leading loan approval calls, preparing and submitting letters of interest and reviewing loan documents. Reviewed new credit proposal requests, analyzed financial statements, developed perspective on key risk elements and providing guidance on structure and mitigation of risks on new credit requests. Minimized U.S. Bank's risk exposure by producing timely and accurate annual reviews that adhered to Government Banking policies and U.S. Bank standards and ensured that accurate risk ratings were assigned. Also collaborated with groups within U.S. Bank such as relationship managers, customer service representatives, senior credit approvers and loan documentation when working on new credit opportunities.

Performed financial analysis, projections, monitoring covenants and extracting key information and economic factors on the customer. Produced credit display packages that were complete, thorough, and adhered to Government Banking policies and U.S. Bank standards. Monitored certain customers on a quarterly basis and identified issues that could adversely affect them.
