All Vend Management Corp is a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) of corporate vending and food service programs. As a TPA All Vend brings all the vending services in all corporate facilities under one umbrella.Along with providing a Single Point of Contact for any related issues All Vend will monitor contract compliance of existing service companies, including insurance, pricing, product selection & quality, service quality, sales report reconciliation, and commissions collection. All Vend will also directly oversee all service calls and other vendor issues, including equipment upgrades, service upgrades, and vendor replacement when necessary. All Vend normally provides its services through a “Shared Savings” plan that requires NO direct outlay of funds from its clients. Of course, plans can be custom designed to fit the needs of any client.Transition to All Vend’s service plan is seamless and non-disruptive at the facility level. Corporately, little is required other than a Master Service Agreement and a Letter of Authorization to notify the facility manager.
