About Dan Coburn

My dream job would be a management position that allows me to use the majority of my skills in one job especially some combination of Game Design and Programming. I am interested in game industry or other software tech management jobs in the Vancouver Lower Mainland area such as Technical Director, CTO, Lead Programmer/Game Designer, Project Manager or Producer.As a programmer, I am very much a generalist but I follow the never-ending goal of adding to my knowledge and experience in every aspect of video game programming especially AI, Gameplay and Game Design. Although video games and most other types of games have been my passion for over 3 decades, I worked in business software for many years before switching to the video game industry over 15 years ago. I love what I do for a living and I am interested in any exciting new opportunities the software development industry has to offer.
