-2012 regular season with class Low-A affiliate Lake County, 2012 Fall Instructional League & 2013 Major League Spring Training at PlayerDevelopment Complex-Worked with coaching staff & front office to ensure all video needs were met.-Provide front office, coaching staff, and players with video upon request.During the fall of 2012, I assisted in collecting video for the 60+ players that attended the Indians Fall Instructional Program at our player development complex in Goodyear, AZ. After the program ended, I collected video of our players and others in the Arizona Fall League.

The Junior Varsity Head Coach as well as Pitching and Catching Instructor for the entire program. I would create practice plans for over 30 kids in the junior varsity program, and came up with drills and programs for pitchers and catchers.
