Reporting directly to the CIO, my role as the VP of Technology Management is to plan, coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of the Technology Management department, as well as provide direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. I also collaborate directly with the Senior Management Team and decision makers in other departments to identify, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. In addition, as the VP of Technology Management my primary goals are to develop and manage application portfolios for each department and to attain all IT service level agreements for the user community within the organization. This role also helps to provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives across all areas of the organization.Manage the technology infrastructure (data/voice networks and computer operations) at MissionFed by directing staff efforts to keep the equipment, networks, and software productivity tools current and operational, identifying and meeting future needs for application functionality, and keeping production information accurate, up-to-date, and protected. Insure that security tools are effectively installed, configured, and updated to limit exposure to outside attacks or other unauthorized and abusive acts, and that business resumption plans for continued operations and information delivery are adequate, updated, and tested.
